Group Classes ❤️

Name something better than getting stronger with your friends (other than getting coffee with your friends, which you can do afterwards).

I wish I could explain to you how much improvement these amazing women report to me each week, noticing all the ways in which strength training has helped them improve their quality of life (not to mention reduce their risk for all conditions, every single one of them).

All sessions are individualised within the group. If you’re interested, or want to get a family member involved, reach out to me about the process. Otherwise, visit the SPR website here to book an initial consultation (claimable on private health 💵).

Look forward to meeting more amazing people.

Running Series 🤟

What is running if not a series of successive small jumps?

Coupled with a new shoe day thanks to , here is my plyometric based warm up for today’s leg session:

- Skipping
- Landing sequence
- Single leg step up into jump
- Hurdle hops
- A twist on conventional “box jumps”

Gotta get those plyos in if you don’t want to end up with ankle pain, shin pain, knee pain, hip pain and then me being a pain telling you that you should have done your plyo’s 😇

Running Exercise Series ✌️

If you get achilles, calf or foot pain whilst running, this one is for you.

Simple, minimal equipment required, and will help resolve achille’s issues associated with running (speaking from experience 🥲).

If you’re getting into running and experiencing the pain that comes with it, reach out to help keep you on track and actually enjoying it 🏃‍♂️

Strength and stability plays a huge part in recovery and injury prevention when we’re getting into running - here are just a few things you can try at home to support yourself, particularly if you get tight ankles and sore shins when running. 💪

Talk to me if you want to get into running, I’ll be sharing heaps more and some of the great results clients have had with these exercises. 🏃
