Aloha friends - I havnβt been in here for a while.
Simple reason is I have been busy doing all the things, for myself in terms of meal prepping, movement, reconfiguring financial plans and building my team, technology and systems in my practice.
And then this morning reading some posts from mentors and friends I realised I am in the building phase - hustle and grind if you will which can be exhausting even when you know it will all be worth it long term.
I also had a friend send a post in the time and how it goes faster with routine and that we need novelty and change to be present again.
So this week I changed my workout routine from gym to outdoor walks around the lake. And in walked the opposite way that I usually do. And - I loved it. I realised why I love where I live, l smiled and felt joy as other walkers made eye contact smiled and said good morning.
So simple and cheap to reset sometimes - certainly way less then my usual which is set off on an international adventure π
