My mission is to invite you to step into your power and support you to heal yourself from within.. Welcome to Soul work, I am Kylie a Reiki practitioner and intuitive healer. I have always considered myself to be an empathetic and compassionate soul, and found healing for those close to my heart a part of my every day life since I can remember. It wasn’t until 2013 when I was gifted the beautiful pathway to Reiki that I realised there was so many different modalities of healing. Since then my journey has been to guide others in releasing what no longer supports their highest self. I believe we all have the ability to heal from within if we surrender and trust in the process. Throughout life’s difficult challengers as a defence mechanism to avoid pain we will push our emotions down and store these in our body ~ as a result of this we create blocks and furthermore dis-ease. Through the process of Reiki we gentle draw these emotions to the surface. We delicately address these emotions by working harmoniously together in releasing any attachments you may have with them, and in doing so let go of the power it has over your soul and spirit. New Reiki energy is then channelled to restore and balance your seven Chakra systems and support you to live out everyday with clarity and clear focus. Reiki does not conflict with traditional medical treatments in fact it may actively accelerate the recovery process in cases and can provide a source of restoring energy while one is battling with dis-ease. Reiki works in layers. It doesn’t rush and it doesn’t force. Sometimes sessions feel powerful and expansive. Other times they feel quiet, heavy, or like nothing is changing at all. That does not mean Reiki isn’t working. It often means your body and nervous system are integrating, recalibrating, and learning safety at a deeper level.

There are phases where healing feels slow or invisible. Where emotions surface or old patterns resist being released. These moments are not setbacks. They are invitations to soften, to slow down, and to trust the intelligence of your body and your energy.

Pausing. Feeling stuck. Wanting to stop.
These are messages from your system asking for gentleness and compassion.

Reiki meets you exactly where you are. It supports what is ready, not what the mind thinks should be happening. Even when it feels uncomfortable or uneventful, your energy is still shifting, reorganising, and healing in ways you may not yet see.

If you are here right now, please know this
You are not behind
You are not broken
And you are not doing healing wrong

You are listening
You are showing up
And that is enough for today 🤍

Please hear this.

Being broken does not mean you are finished.
It means your energy has been carrying pain for far too long.

When everything you were was criticised, judged, or made to feel wrong, your system learned to contract.
Your light learned to dim in order to stay safe.

Feeling like “I’ll never be enough” is not a truth about your soul.
It is a belief formed when love, safety, or acceptance felt conditional.

You are not empty.
Your energy is tired.
Your nervous system has been in survival.

The parts of you that went quiet did not disappear.
They softened.
They waited.
They protected you.

Healing does not ask you to become someone new.
It asks you to come back into your body.
To allow gentleness.
To let your energy be met without judgement.

Through healing and Reiki, we do not force or fix.
We create safety so your system remembers how to open again.

Your worth was never something you needed to earn.
It has always lived within you.

You were always enough.
