👋Welcomed LaRochelle to the team.
🏋️‍♂️ Delivered information sessions at CrossFit 4740, Life In Motion Ex Phys, and Untapped Ex Phys.
🏉Supported the Mackay Cutters BMD team again (not the result we hoped for, but still proud!).
📘 Completed further professional development to refine our skills and stay aligned with the latest physiotherapy guidelines.

From a physio perspective, recovery after a competition is one of the biggest factors in long-term performance. Here’s why it matters:
