Functional Therapy Co Functional Therapy Co was established in 2022 with the aim of providing a neuroaffirming, holistic, and FUN approach to therapy within the wider health system.

North Perth Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services offering supports to children of all abilities, in our North Perth clinic, at home, school, day care and within the community. Functional Therapy has now grown into a boutique team of experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who are incredibly passionate about their work and their clients.

Our only male employee, paid with treats and hugs! He likes to make appearances in Telehealth appointments and offer supports to kids in clinic who are feeling nervous or dysregulation. Alby has also accompanied participants in some of our community sessions at local parks and dog friendly cafes.

He was working hard during the school holidays training his new younger brother, Humphrey, who also loves helping out and meeting new kids that come through the doors.

~ Allied Health Assistance
~ Support Work

Niah is a final year Occupational Therapy student who has been working with Functional Therapy for over a year, in her admin assistant role.

Niah will be working under the supervision of our team of Occupational Therapists, in order to carry out OT intervention plans to our participants and maximise their funding.

AHA sessions are available in our North Perth clinic and in the community at home or school from early November.

Who is this group aimed at?
