This is such a simple one, but it comes up a lot.
When life is busy, lunch often ends up being whatever is already in the fridge. Cold leftovers, cold chicken, cold roasted veg, something grabbed quickly between things.
It's practical, but it doesn't always feel great afterwards.
For a lot of women, especially in menopause, cold meals can leave them feeling heavy or bloated for the rest of the afternoon. It's one of those things that gets overlooked because the food itself seems perfectly fine.
