Your hormones love calm! Prioritise daily relaxation — whether that’s deep breathing, a walk outside, or journaling. Don’t underestimate the power of emotional support — a therapist can help if stress feels constant.

Have you checked your iron lately?
Low iron can quietly drain your energy and affect everything from your mood to your menstrual cycle.

Common signs of low iron include:
