Pre-natal care for baby number 2 ✌️
Preparing to fall pregnant, pregnancy itself and then birth preparation services that I used 2nd time around 🫶🏼 grateful for the services we have access to, but also trusting that there is so much space for growth in the prenatal and postnatal care realm particularly in our regional areas.
✨ Tess from provided a beautiful birth debrief to ‘clear the air’ after my first birth experience
✨ Nicole Tricarico from with regular reviews and supplements to suit my changing needs throughout pregnancy
✨ Shani Dickins from was our full spectrum doula assisting during pregnancy, the days of labour/birth and in postpartum
✨ Ash from providing me with manual therapies to help with pain management throughout pregnancy
✨ Georgia from provided internal pelvic release
✨Lisa from provided me with a couple of sessions of a combined Bowen/Reike to help restore calm to my nervous system
🎧 I follow Poppy Child and completed the ‘birth box’ and used the sound tracks in preparation and during labour
🎧 I listened to the podcast for some evidenced based stats to guide my choices and to maintain confidence in my bodies physiology
📖 I read the The birth map which is such a wonderful resource, especially for first time mums to be
📖 I re-read bits of the Rhea Dempsey books ‘beyond the birth map’ and ‘birth with confidence’ which I read fully before birth number 1
