And just a final note, not all essential oils are made equally. If it’s cheap it’s likely to be adulterated in some way.

So nice to be back doing in person oily classes again. There are sessions in both OG and Geelong.

A little nurturing this morning as I ease into the day.
It’s cold, rainy and I’ve had a big chat with a friend this morning about Flynn, our son who would have been 18 this July.
He died during labour.

I’ll be sharing more as we get closer to his birthday but I’m glad I’ve got the tools to support myself.
