Hi everyone! 🎉✨

We’re so excited to introduce ourselves and share a little about what we do! 😄🌈
We’re a small NDIS‑registered business founded in 2024 by Anna and Jayden. After many years working in education — Anna as a Special Education Teacher for over 20 years and Jayden as an SSO for nearly 10 — we wanted to create something more: a fun, safe and engaging space where children and young adults can feel valued, build confidence, learn lifelong skills and form genuine friendships outside the school setting.

Our home base is a beautiful 12‑acre farm located between Golden Grove and One Tree Hill in Adelaide’s North East. We’ve got cows, bunnies, goats and sheep (with more friends joining us soon!), plus a playground and mini‑golf right on site. 🐮🐰🐐⛳

🌟 Day Options
We offer 1:2, 1:1 and 2:1 support, available daily, weekly or casually — perfect for young people who attend school, work, study or a mix of activities.
If they have a day off school/work, or can’t attend due to excursions, suspensions or student‑free days, you’re welcome to book a one‑off session anytime.
All Day Options include pick‑up, drop‑off and all activities. The only out‑of‑pocket costs are food (except on cooking days) and a Metrocard.

🌙 Additional Supports
We also provide after‑school care, night‑time support, in‑home care and weekend support at a 1:1 ratio — at home, in the community or at the farm, depending on what works best for each family.
We can also support at events such as birthdays, parties, concerts, sporting events and presentation nights, and we’re able to assist with transport and appointments.
Respite overnights or weekends at the farm are also available.

🎉 Weekend Events
We run fun weekend activities too! We’ve got some exciting things planned and can’t wait to share them with you. (Some small costs may apply, but we always keep them as low as possible.)

We can’t wait to have you join us for a fun, exciting, and adventure‑filled term — and to see new and old friendships grow along the way 🤝💫

If you’d like to book in for any (or all!) of the days, just flick us message or email (info@empoweringhorizons.com.au) and we'll get back to you 📅. And if you have any questions, we’re always here to help 💬

If your child is attending school but is part time or they have any student free days or excursions they can't attend, please feel free to book in once of days when needed.

If you require any after school care or weekend support this can also be provided at a 1:1 ratio and can involve farm time and/or participant choice of activities. If others are booked in, we can organise a catch up if requested.

Just a reminder that we can also support at any events - family birthdays, parties, presentation nights, concerts, sporting events etc or in home and overnight care if required.
