Our guys are all about movement 💪

Hoops, fitness, getting outdoors and just giving things a crack. No pressure — just showing up and having a go.

There’s something pretty cool about watching confidence grow in real time. A little stronger, a little braver, a little more independent each session.

Plenty of laughs. Plenty of effort. Plenty of wins.

Being a support worker means so much more than just providing support.

We are listeners on the hard days.
We are encouragers when confidence is low.
We are advisors, advocates, problem-solvers and sometimes even mediators.

And today… we were builders 🔨

From unpacking panels to holding frames steady, drilling screws, problem-solving instructions and celebrating the finished result — this is what real support looks like. Walking alongside someone while they bring their vision to life.

Because it’s never just about the task.
It’s about empowerment.
It’s about teamwork.
It’s about saying, “Let’s do this together.”

Our Participant Brock will be out at the Gnoo Blas Classic Car Show this weekend with his 1980 HDT Commodore 🛞✨

This car means the world to him — it’s more than just a vehicle, it’s a collection of memories and milestones shared with his family.

He’s put in a lot of effort recently, creating new signage and bringing his ideas to life, and it’s been incredible to see his vision come together.

If you’re heading along to the show, keep an eye out for Brock and make sure you stop by to say hello 👋

Nat’s birthday makeover. She looks amazing.
It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life. Sometimes we need to stop and take some time for ourselves.
