A familiar face to many, McRae Care founder Tanya Miller (née McRae) grew up in the central west and now works and raises her family in Orange.

Tanya is deeply passionate about supporting older people and their loved ones through one of life’s most significant transitions, and has cared for countless local residents during her 25-year nursing career.

Jamil is a Clinical Pharmacist and current Doctor of Medicine candidate at the Rural School of Medicine in Orange. With experience across hospital, community and academic settings, he also works as a Locum Pharmacist for NSW Health and Queensland Health.

Leading the McRae Care pharmacy consultancy service, Jamil provides medication reconciliations, reviews, and transition-of-care support ensuring continuity across care settings with a focus on safe, evidence-based management.

Raised in Harden-Murrumburrah, Jamil remains deeply committed to rural health and community wellbeing. His practice is guided by compassion, professionalism and a dedication to improving the lives of regional residents.
