I chanelled a new poem or song today.

☆Do you remember?☆

I was a chair swing sitting in the shade,
waiting for the most beautiful day to have you come sit upon me
and share your enrgy once again.

The days we spend together are the days that make me shine. Its like a new purpose i have, once your energy meets mine.

Sometimes you move me into the sun and i get to feel the soul.
The soul of our system sharing herself with mine...
Do you remember when you were me and how simple it was to be, just a swinging chair hanging in the shade....

Do you remember what it was to be the facbrics and materials of which i am made?
Do you remember what it was to be the wind and the sea?
Cause we all hold these memories if you want to believe.

You can remember when you were me and I can remember being you, and thats whats so beautiful....
This place.....
Dont you remember when you were that tree? When you first started growing leaves?
Dont you remember when the flowers first started to bloom?
We all knew that milestone... this new level of grown..
And it meant something. More than you can believe...

Because humans arent the only ones living their lives...
The trees, the leaves the flowers.... its a lifetime unto itself.

Do you remember when you were Joy??
Yeah!
Emotions are alive!!
Do you remember when you were anger, poisoning peoples lives?
But you werent there to condemn them, no! You were there to help them grow!
You were there... to help them feel protected, like they were worth being known.

Do you remember the rocks?
These sticks that have fallen?
They all percieve each other... They just appreciate one another for who they truly are.

Theres no point hating me... unless you truly hate yourself.
For, there is no way... its not possible for you to hurt another if you were truly healed.... youd understand.

Youd actually take my hand...

There are 2 realities available to us right now. One manifested out of fear and shame, and one manifested out of SELF LOVE AND COMPASSION

Which one will you feed?

Which do your choices align with??

Are your choices aligning with the outdated version of you??

Or are they aligning with the version of you in the reality youre moving toward?

Visualise yourself talking to the version of yourself in the reality you WANT to be in and hone in on their energy.
Visualise yourself zooming in to the energy so it fills your whole field, not just your body......

The longer you hold yourself in the vibration of a higher version of you, the faster you bunjee yourself into their reality. But you need to let a whole bunch of emotions out and do NOT hold them in..... theyre coming up to LEAVE.

If you feel physical discomfort, thats because you feel your cells TRANSFORMING as they merge with your new vibration and upgrade.

The brain is understanding. The soul is knowing. The body is sensing.

The soul knows, and the brains job is to use the body's senses to translate all information so that they can understand their souls true nature and the true nature of reality. This then helps them to empower themselves and transform themselves into powerful, actualised beings... from that new perspective.
And then the journey ahead will reveal that they are still very primitive and have much more to learn from a higher perspective.
We will continue to evolve.
Our understanding of what our being is will evolve. Our understanding of our place in the universe and how intertwined we all are.

A soul connection would be unaffected by s*x or gender changes. Only superficial relationships which are about suppressing or changing yourself to make someone else comfortable would be affected by this.

Since souls do not identify with any specific gender or s*x, if your connection is a soul one, then the way your form manifests wont make any difference.

If someone wants to leave you because you find something new to accept and embrace about yourself... then it's their version of you that was in their minds that they loved. Not who you actually are.

All beings are constantly evolving and discovering new things about themselves.

How sad would it be to feel stuck in a relationship that wont let you learn new things about yourself?

One that threatens to dissolve if you grow as a person?

That would suck.

Omgggg guyss!

I just went in a Didi and the driver was talking to me about his workout routine and I start channelling information for him about lying on the ground and letting his body naturally move him and intintively build the areas he needs, much like a baby does.
And then I talked to him about going to the playground and utilising the equipment instead of having a rigid, structured routine that feels like a chore.

His whole energy shifted and he literally said that he talks to a psychologist and he thinks that my session was way more valuable than that!

I was in this car for like, 8 minutes tops.

So when he dropped me off, he asked for my number and said he might book an appointment for tomorrow!

I legit was just on my way to my doctors appointment, otherwise I wouldn't have left the house.

Your soul has a specific frequency as its base. We want to align our body and brain with the same frequency as the soul for ascension. Often life puts us in situations that corrupts us and it is the opposition of the two energies that creates new energies. This is how we alchemise and level up.

The more we try to raise ourself to our souls level, the more we are challenged, because it is the darkness that uncovers the brilliance of the light.
We always fluctuate, beacuse we are constantly evolving and being brought new opportunities.
In the end, the goal is to be fully aligned with your own soul frequency. ♡

On the topic of Manifestation:

It isnt necessarily about the conscious thoughts that we have, but the energy that is inside our body.
We have to FEEL the truth of what we are saying, not just say it and try convince ourselves its a fact.
We need to align with the place in our body that resonates with the thing that we are manifesting.

If you put your focus on things, thats where your energy is flowing... this is why it is important to focus on solutions instead of problems.
Things only exist when we perceive them. Focus on the solution, youre shifting into the vibration of the reality with the solution. Focus on tje problem, you shift yourself into the reality with the problem.

Trying not to think about something acknowledges it has power over you.
Why?
Find out what energy, memory or belief inside you hold the same or similar energy as the situation you want to leave.
Heal it.

Once healed, the issue dissolves from your reality.
Heal the blockages that stand in the way of being inside the vibration of the reality you want.

Celebrate those who are opposite to you, for you wouldn't shine as brightly without the contrast.

Each of us have our perfect place in reality. Our level of awareness decides how we decide to move and whether we decide to evolve.

Some arent meant to evolve yet, because they need to exist in their place for us to rise.

The dark is necessary.

If you dont align with the dark, then align with the light.

Just because you dont belong with them, doesnt mean you cant love them for being exactly as they are.

Accept yourself, and accept others. Stop comparing and learn to appreciate.

"If this difference didnt exist between us, it couldn't have learned this new perspective or this new information... I may not have known i felt this way."

Peoples differences from us are what illuminate us for ourselves.

Love them for that.

Love all.

Don't aim to change people, only aim to shine your soul and in turn, inspire. ♡

The world was never meant to be "Finders keepers".
In a lot of cases, it wasn't even that. White people decided that the people of the land were weak for living WITH nature instead of corrupting it in order to control it.
Ascension means seeing that trying to have control over anything other than your own self is a show of weakness.

It is strength to be able to see your limitations and appreciate where others step up where you fall short. This is how we come together.

Trying to control it all... it shows your greatest insecurities.

No 1 person or peoples are meant to strive to be better than others.
We are meant to hone our special interest skills and the tribe we are destined to walk with will find us.

Embrace your weaknesses, for it shows you what kind of people will compliment you.
Dont try be it all at once for yourself or anyone.

We are born as a community and we are meant to live as one.
