Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and a safe New Year. You all got to spend time with your family and friends and indulge a little.

I’ve personally had a very busy Christmas period and lots of indulging, but we only live once and sometimes you just need that break.

But new year and new goals.

I find that if you have something to aim to that keeps you going.

Mine is I’m going to Bali in June and I’m going to climb the Volcano which is a 1 1/2 hour climb straight up.

So I’m about to detox reset and get started now so if you’re wanting to join me let’s do this together.
