Tech Neck Workshop Overview
This workshop teaches people how modern screen habits affect the neck, shoulders, and upper back, and how to reverse the strain caused by phones, laptops, and tablets. Participants learn what Tech Neck is, why it develops, and simple daily habits that protect the spine.

• Early signs of Tech Neck and how to correct them
• Quick posture resets for work, home, and phone use
• Desk and device ergonomics
• Mobility and strengthening exercises that reduce tension
• When chiropractic assessment may help
