Sunday fortnights - not including school holidays
Commencing 13 October 2-5pm, Cleopatra St, last circle 8 Dec.
Bookings are essential and places are limited to 8 women (18yrs+)
Herbal/tea/coffee & light afternoon tea is included.
This is a "closed circle" which means once the first of the five circles begins, no one else can join the group. This is to create a safe and confidential container, where each woman feels seen, heard, understood, validated, supported and held emotionally/energetically. A commitment to all eight sessions is preferred.

Francesca is my client and has given me permission to share her post below. Something you might not know about me is I've had my own journey with eating disorders and recovery.
I've worked in the sector and have helped hundreds of people with their complex relationship with food and their body image. Freedom from the underlying cause of the thoughts, feelings and behaviours to bring calm and self-esteem to your mind, body and soul.

While it's about food, it's nothing about food! Fill your soul with the right 'food' to no longer use food to try and fill that empty or anxious space.
