Coops is such a legend, he loves training and the banter that goes along with it! We know when to work hard and when to have fun. This young man has had some remarkable health changes since commencing training!

So proud of my Warriors 💖

Good afternoon Warriors!

I’d like to share a bit if symbolism behind the Lion and the Koi that are enteined in IWA’s logo…

The two animals in my logo represent the heart of Inner Warrior Awakened.

The white lion symbolises strength, reliability and grounded leadership. Not dominance for the sake of power, but calm, steady courage — the kind that holds space, protects, and stands firm through challenge. The lion reflects resilience, integrity, and the inner strength we all carry, even when life has tested us hard.

The koi represents adaptability, flow and transformation. Koi are known for swimming upstream, evolving through adversity, and becoming stronger through change. The softness and fluidity of the koi remind us that flexibility, sensitivity and growth are not weaknesses — they are powerful forms of resilience.

Entwined together, the lion and the koi show balance:
strength and gentleness
stability and adaptability
power and flow

This is how I coach, move, and support others — especially those who’ve been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Here, we build strong bodies, regulated nervous systems, and resilient minds… without losing softness, humanity or self-compassion.

That’s Inner Warrior Awakened. 🦁🐟✨

Leo LOVES coming to the gym!
We shot a few hoops to warm up, hit up some of his fave movements to get him back into the groove and added a few new movement patterns too!
