Thyroid imbalances are common and not always obvious ⚖️

Because the thyroid influences metabolism, mood, digestion, skin, hair and temperature regulation, symptoms can show up in subtle ways that are easy to dismiss…

You might notice:
👎 Ongoing fatigue (even after a full night’s sleep)
👎 Dry skin or hair thinning
👎 Constipation
👎 Feeling unusually sensitive to cold
👎 Brain fog or low motivation
👎 Unexplained weight changes

Many people are told their thyroid is “normal” based on one marker, but that rarely tells the whole story 📖

A functional approach looks deeper… 🔎 assessing a full thyroid panel, key nutrients like iodine, selenium and zinc, gut health (which impacts hormone conversion), autoimmune drivers and stress patterns to truly understand what’s influencing thyroid function.

Supporting thyroid health isn’t just about medication 💊 It’s about understanding the whole system that regulates and communicates with the thyroid,  from the brain - to the gut - to the immune system.

If you’ve been experiencing these symptoms but haven’t found clear answers, it may be time to look a little deeper. Reach out to book a consultation and explore whether your thyroid could be part of the picture 🌿

Chronic low-grade inflammation 🔥 is a driver behind many health concerns seen in clinic:

👉 Skin issues (eczema, acne, rosacea)
👉 Joint pain
👉 Digestive discomfort
👉 Hormone imbalance
👉 Low mood
👉 Fatigue
👉 Weight changes

Chronic inflammation doesn’t happen overnight, it builds quietly over time. Long-term stress, poor sleep and nutrient deficiencies can weaken the body’s ability to regulate immune function. Food sensitivities, gut dysbiosis and chronic infections keep the immune system switched on, while environmental toxins add further load.

Inflammation is protective — but when the triggers are constant, the fire never fully goes out 🧯

Talk to us today about how inflammation may be contributing to your symptoms 📞

Remember: Reducing inflammation doesn’t just relieve symptoms, it restores health at the root 🌿

Iron deficiency is so common, especially for women, yet most people don’t realise it’s happening until they’re completely exhausted and wondering what’s wrong 🤷‍♀️

Here are some of the big red flags to look out for:
🩸 Constant fatigue
🩸 Brain fog
🩸 Hair shedding
🩸 Feeling short of breath
🩸 Restless legs at night
🩸 Low mood or irritability
🩸 Always feeling cold

Iron levels can drop for many reasons…

Gut issues like coeliac disease or IBS reduce absorption, while chronic stress also impacts how well you absorb nutrients. Recent infections or ongoing inflammation can temporarily lower iron too. Regular menstruation increases monthly losses, and low red meat intake makes it harder to replenish… and together, these factors can leave your stores running very low.

👉 And here’s the thing…

A lot of people get told their iron is “fine,” but ferritin (your iron storage) often needs to be well above the bare-minimum range to support healthy energy, mood and hair growth.

If you’ve been feeling flat, foggy or fatigued for months 😩, iron might be one of the missing pieces your body has been trying to tell you about. Reach out if you’re ready for support in getting to the bottom of it 🌿

Your health doesn’t depend on every day being perfect, it comes down to how you return to simple routines after being busy or enjoying a fun event 🍾🎉

Instead of thinking:

“I stuffed up. I can’t do this” or “I’ll start again on Monday.”

Try:

“I enjoyed that, and will now continue my normal routine.”

Don’t let one night, holiday or slip up derail you. Acknowledge it, and keep moving forward 🌿

Ever feel constantly exhausted, unmotivated, anxious or unable to switch off, no matter how “healthy” you try to be? 🥱

You’re not alone. And while “adrenal fatigue” isn’t an official medical term, the pattern behind it is very real. Chronic stress slowly wears down your resilience and starts to ripple through multiple systems in the body.

You might notice things like:
‼️ Feeling wired at night but exhausted in the morning
‼️ Relying on caffeine to get through the day
‼️ Getting overwhelmed easily
‼️ Brain fog or forgetfulness
‼️ Lower libido
‼️ Catching colds more often
or just feeling… not yourself

Behind the scenes, your cortisol balance can become disrupted, blood sugar becomes harder to regulate, your thyroid may slow down, hormones shift around, inflammation starts to rise, and sleep becomes light or broken. Over time, your body simply can’t keep up with the constant “go, go, go.” 🏃‍♀️

The good news?

You can absolutely support your system back into balance by calming the stress response with adaptogenic herbs, replenishing key nutrients like magnesium and B vitamins, improving sleep cycles, stabilising blood sugar, and bringing in lifestyle strategies that help your body feel safe again 🌿

If you’re tired of feeling tired, wired or wiped out, this might be your sign to tune into what your body’s been trying to tell you — and get the support you deserve!

Bloating is one of the most common symptoms seen in clinic, yet it’s often dismissed as something you “just live with” 🤷‍♀️

But persistent bloating is your gut signalling that something isn’t quite right.

Common causes of bloating:
❌ Food intolerances (dairy, gluten,etc.)
❌ Low stomach acid or poor enzyme output
❌ SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)
❌ Dysbiosis (imbalanced gut bacteria)
❌ Constipation
❌ Stress (affecting digestion)

If your belly seems to bloat no matter what you do, it’s time to find out why.

With root-cause investigation, we can help identify what’s really underpinning your bloating and support healthy digestion with:
🌱 Targeted herbs for digestion
🌱 Probiotics or antimicrobials
🌱 Enzymes or bitters to assist food breakdown
🌱 Individualised dietary changes

Bloating is common, but not normal… and you don’t have to put up with it!

If this sounds like you, we’d love to help you find what’s driving it and get you back to feeling your best self
