Adelaide Craniosacral Therapy Centre

Adelaide Craniosacral Therapy Centre Craniosacral therapy has helped me relieve birth tension in babies who have colic, reflux, flat head

I am an Upledger Certified CranioSacral Therapist, and have been working with babies and kids for 15 years. CST is a very gentle therapy aimed at releasing tension in the cranial bones, spine, sacrum and connecting membranes which have developed in utero or during the birth process. It can bring great benefit to babies and kids that have had a difficult birth with intervention e.g. forceps or ventouse; a long labour and birth or very fast birth; and babies born by Caesarean.
