I remember my mum once saying,
“If you didn’t hear it with your own ears or see it with your own eyes, don’t invent it with your small mind or share it with your big mouth.”
As I’ve moved through life, this has stayed with me. It still amazes me how quickly people can hear one side of a story and accept it as the full truth, without ever pausing to wonder what the other side might be.
Life has taught me that every story has more than one perspective. When we rush to judge on incomplete information, we don’t just misunderstand – we can unintentionally cause real harm. Gossip and assumptions often begin with half-truths, and before we know it, those half-truths grow into something far removed from reality.
So the next time you hear something, pause for a moment. Ask yourself:
Do I truly have the full picture?
Have I listened to all sides, or am I forming an opinion based on hearsay and a one-sided story?
Wisdom lives in our willingness to listen, to seek clarity, and sometimes to remain neutral until the truth becomes clearer.
Integrity grows when we choose to be fair instead of taking the easy way, and when we seek to understand rather than make assumptions. Let us be people who listen with open hearts, seek truth with open minds, and speak with kindness, not with anger and hatred.
The world could always use more of that. 🙌🙏

Sensations, fatigue, tightness, restlessness, tears, the need to withdraw or slow down — these are not weaknesses, they are messages.
Today, instead of pushing through, gently ask yourself:
What would my nervous system ask for right now?
Perhaps it’s rest.
Perhaps it’s safety.
Perhaps it’s softer thoughts, deeper breaths, or kinder boundaries.

Coming Home to Yourself – Companion Meditation
Today I’m sharing a gentle meditation called
🎧 Teaching the Body It Is Safe.
This meditation was created as a follow-up to Audio 4 – When the Body Cannot Switch Off.
When anxiety has been active for a long time, the body often stays filled with stress chemistry. The nervous system remains on high alert. The brain keeps scanning. And rest can feel impossible.
You may notice this as:
👉 constant thinking
👉tension or inner pressure
👉emotional reactivity
👉 numbness or shutdown
👉tiredness that doesn’t ease
This meditation is not about forcing calm.
It is about gently offering the body a new experience.
Through slow guidance, breath, and gentle awareness, this practice supports the nervous system in softening, settling, and beginning to learn something different — that in this moment, it does not need to protect.
You don’t need to empty your mind.
You don’t need to visualise anything perfectly.
You don’t need to make anything happen.
Simply bring your body…
and let it be met gently.

When the Body Cannot Switch Off
This reflection speaks to something many people with anxiety quietly struggle with…
Why rest feels impossible.
Why the mind keeps scanning.
Why the body feels tense, numb, or constantly on edge.
In this audio, I gently explore what happens in the body when anxiety has been active for a long time — how ongoing stress chemistry like cortisol keeps the nervous system in a state of high alert, and why this naturally leads to fight, flight, or freeze responses.
Overthinking.

As empaths, we don’t just hear words — we can feel what lives beneath those words.
The unspoken emotions. The quiet fears. The hidden hurt. The truth that the persons heart is actually carrying.
Sometimes people feel unsettled around an empath, not because of anything we do, but because something within those people is gently being brought to the surface. Not to judge. Not to shame. But to be seen… and healed.
We are not here to carry what isn’t ours.
We are not here to fix or rescue.
We are here to reflect, to feel, and to hold space for truth.
And often, when truth rises, when the other person sees it and acknowledges it, then it can invite change.
If someone feels uncomfortable in your presence, it may not be about you at all. It may simply be their inner world calling for attention — inviting them to pause, reflect, and gently tend to the parts of themselves that are asking to heal.
An empath is not weak.
Sensitivity is not fragility.
It is awareness. It is depth. It is quiet strength.
And when guided by boundaries and self-love, it becomes a beautiful form of power.

Susette’s Story: A victim of bullying and harassment in the workplace which caused me severe anxiety and adjustment disorder, I suffered for over three years with panic attacks, shaking uncontrollably, heart palpitations, sweats and dark thoughts of not wanting to be here. I struggled with stand alone traditional CBT and Counselling.
After being diagnosed by my doctor, I went on a low dose of anti anxiety medication which did calm my mind down enough for me to go on a journey to find out what would help me heal and Break the anxiety forever, without being dependant on drugs.
I went in search of and found that Meridian Tapping (a form of acupuncture without needles) combined with CBT, Clinical Hypnosis and Energy healing therapy was pivotal in helping me heal. In other words talking therapy alone was not enough.
I found that to heal you must get deep into the subconscious part of the brain to find the core of the problem and then work on changing those self limiting beliefs and emotions, and re-wiring the brain to being positive, calm and peaceful.
Now I am 100% committed to helping others overcome their suffering faster by combining and applying these holistic therapies which worked quickly and effectively in helping me Break Free from my anxiety!
I want to give people the tools that they can use themselves at home to get control of their life back again.
I decided to further my studies and learn all the techniques that I had used, so that I can now offer to you a Complete Holistic service where I can teach you and show you where your stuck emotions come from, I will explain why those emotions are holding you back and how you can move forward. I will give you the tools that you can use each day to heal yourself. After your first session I do a personalised recording based on your story for you to listen to at night which includes positive subliminal messages, so that you can change the way you think and feel.
You will be amazed at how quickly you can heal when you apply these tools in your everyday life.
