Loved teaming up with Shade and Sculpt in Baldivis for this one ✨

This is Sarah, an incredible mum of two who’s worked hard to drop 20kg! She attends PT once a week, sticks to her program, stays consistent with her nutrition, plans ahead when eating out and even fits in boxing classes on top of everything.

Alongside all that, Sarah has been getting body sculpting treatments at Shade and Sculpt and the results are unreal. After just 11 sessions, she’s seen visible changes in her stomach, tighter skin, lighter stretch marks and a smoother overall appearance.

Okay, so Travis might’ve picked up a few new tattoos since these first pics were taken…

But that’s not the only transformation. Travis has gained 20kg and kept it on.
For someone who’s always found it tough to put on weight, that’s a massive achievement.

In his first year, he committed to eating in a calorie surplus, every day And if you know, you know… it’s not easy. Feeling constantly full, heavy and bloated is rough. But Travis stayed consistent.

Now, let’s talk training.
He works FIFO and often still puts in hours during his RNR. That means he can only train while he’s home but when he is, he shows up. Every. Single. Time.

The result?
Stronger. Heavier. More confident.

One of my all-time favourite transformations 💥
This is Emily 👋 she started as my client and now she’s a close friend who inspires me more than she knows. 💛

Lifting weights offers far more than just aesthetic benefit. It plays a crucial role in improving biomechanics, musculoskeletal health and postural alignment.

Resistance training enhances upper body posture by strengthening the scapular stabilisers (such as the rhomboids, lower trapezius and serratus anterior), posterior deltoids and the core. These muscles are responsible for maintaining proper thoracic extension and scapular retraction, which counteract the forward shoulder roll and kyphotic posture commonly caused by prolonged sitting and sedentary behavior. Improved muscular strength and endurance in these areas support spinal alignment, reduce compensatory strain on the neck and upper back and promote a more upright, stable posture throughout daily activities.

10kg down and a whole lot stronger! 🙌

One of my incredible clients has just hit a huge milestone—10kg lost in 6 months—and it’s been nothing short of inspiring to witness.

She’s done everything right:
✅ Stayed consistent
✅ Followed her program to a tee
✅ Nailed progressive overload in every session
✅ Maintained a steady calorie deficit
✅ Moved daily—smashing 10k steps, weekend bike rides and pilates
✅ Focused on recovery and injury prevention

And the results? Beyond the scale 💥
We’ve focused on strengthening the muscles around her Achilles tendon, which used to give her grief every single day. Now, she’s lifting heavy with zero knee pain, her back tightness is gone and she’s feeling stronger than ever on her bike rides!

This transformation is about so much more than weight loss. It’s about feeling strong, confident and pain-free in your body.

After over 4 incredible years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to Anytime Fitness Secret Harbour and take the next step in my journey. It's been nothing short of amazing, full of growth, challenges, and unforgettable moments.

I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many incredible people and each one of you has left a lasting impact on me. Whether you’ve been a client a colleague or a member.

None of this would have been possible without your unwavering support, encouragement and belief in me. Stella Performance wouldn't exist without YOU 🫶

I’m excited for what’s ahead and will always carry the lessons learned and the experiences from this chapter with me.
