Discipline is massively over-prescribed.
Most people aren’t lacking willpower, they are lacking structure.
When the plan is poor, it demands excessive discipline.
When the system is solid, the process feels automatic.
You don’t need a new plan every month - I know, it’s not exciting but consistency, structure and sticking to the boring basics is what will get you results 🤷🏼♀️
