This Friday night we celebrate the Summer Solstice with a rainbow light activation. Our chakras, powerful energy vortices that anchor our subtle body, are made of the colours of the rainbow. Our true essence is light. In fact, quantum physics has proven what the mystics of all traditions have said for eons of time – there is nothing but energy, light and sound.. Quantum scientists and mystics alike declare that even though our bodies and all of life appear very physical, this is actually an optical illusion! It is all just energy.

For centuries in Tibet, one of the highest spiritual attainments is called the Rainbow Body. The practitioner has so realised their true nature, that upon death instead of leaving behind their physical body, they literally ascend back into light. At times they only leave behind their nails and hair. These masters dissolve into rainbow light (hence the name Rainbow Body) with many recorded eyewitness accounts.

As we approach the summer solstice, the longest day of light and a time celebrated for the thinning of the veil between the physical and spiritual, this sound healing is devoted to creating a field to access this rainbow light and our ascension consciousness.

Mark has just returned from America working intensively with a meditation master focussed solely on embodying this rainbow light and is poised to share this vibration at this sacred time of the Earths solar rotation. This Friday 12th December, we invite you to immerse yourself in the frequency of the Rose.

Throughout time many cultures have identified the rose as a powerful metaphor for divine love, spiritual growth and transformation.

Divine Feminine goddesses such as Aphrodite (Ancient Greek) and Lakshmi (Hindu) are depicted holding roses, while Mother Mary (Christian) was known as the “Mystic Rose”. The rose is a symbol of beauty, purity, divine presence and spiritual awakening.

In Sufi tradition, the rose reflects the beauty of the soul and the opening layers of its petals are likened to the unfolding of spiritual enlightenment. Many spiritual groups identify the rose as the essence of god and angels, reporting being able to smell the scent of roses during angelic encounters and miraculous events.

Scientifically, the rose has been cited as having the highest vibration frequency of all flowers. Its pure oil being measured at 320 MHz which is very high when compared to Lavender at 118 MHz.

Roses embody wholeness, contrasting the hardy sharpness of the thorns with the soft velvet of the flower petals, a natural polarity that represents our growth as we transform the sharp hardness of life challenges into a softer acceptance and loving kindness.

This Friday 28th November, we travel with the White Whale into the field of Mu, the frequency of oneness. Mu was gifted at the first heartbeat of Gaia, the primordial pulse of life on Earth, when creation lived through form once again.

Mu was not a civilisation as we know it, but a state of pure awareness, a living field where creation and life flowed as one continuous movement of vibration.

In Mu, imbalance was not seen as something broken, but as a small ripple in the greater field. When one fell out of rhythm, the community gathered, breathing and sounding in unity until harmony returned. Just as within the human heart, when one cell drifts from rhythm, the surrounding cells guide it back into coherence, the people of Mu understood that harmony moves through connection. When harmony was restored in one, it moved through all. This was the medicine of Mu, the medicine of coherence.

The White Whale was there in the first waters of creation and became the guardian of this sacred frequency of Mu. Creation entrusted that when the field of Mu was veiled by separation, her song would continue to move through the waters, anchoring the tone of unity within the heart of the planet, holding the knowing that one day our souls would hear her frequency once more.

Her presence is prophecy in motion, guiding the awakening of remembrance within all who are ready to hear. As the veils lift, so too does coherence. Her call grows stronger, inviting us to return to the great song. Through her voice, the song of Mu moves as the living pulse of creation, bridging what was and what is becoming, the voice of creation calling all life home to the frequency of oneness.

As we travel with the White Whale, the frequency of Mu moves once more through us, the living remembrance of Gaia’s first heartbeat awakening within. These sounds call us home to coherence, where the rhythm of creation flows through every cell and the harmony of oneness is felt again in the body, the heart, and the Earth. Here we remember that oneness is not a place we reach, but the truth we return to.

This Friday 7th November, we are working with sound, energy and intention to awaken your Inner Alchemist. Inner alchemy is the sacred art of transmutation - of turning what feels dense, stuck, or shadowed into something luminous and free. It is not about avoiding ‘negative’ energy, nor armouring yourself against what feels uncomfortable.

Rather, it is taking responsibility to meet what comes into your field with love and curiosity - becoming intimate with it, allowing every sensation, every wave, to be felt as energy longing to seek resolution, longing to flow. The divine intelligence of the body knows how to alchemise. Our digestive organs do not only metabolise food, they are alchemical centres for energy, for emotion, for experience. By allowing the current of energy to move through you, like wind through the house of your being, you are refined and fortified by what is meant for you. And what is not meant for you will be composted by Divine Grace itself. It is when we contract in fear that the energy becomes trapped inside the body. Fear is like an adherent - energy bonds to it, and what was once fluid becomes still and heavy to shift.

For this session, you are invited to meet the fear within that constricts your flow. To breathe into the heart of it. To let it reveal its depths - layer upon layer upon layer. Allow it to be met and metabolised with love and presence, until the illusion dissolves. For it was never darkness - only energy, waiting to be freed. This is the sacred work of alchemy - the dissolving of illusion, the return to flow, and the remembrance of your own innate intelligence.
