Fresh Friday 💙 from our A team today for the important announcement of highest attending Group training participant for term 3 🙌🏻💪🏻

It was very close this term, with two special mentions to .alvarez.58 and who racked up a very impressive 26 & 28 sessions respectively 🥊 that’s an average of 3.25 sessions a week for .alvarez.58 and 3.5 for over the 8 week term.

🏆 The coveted POWER TO BE t-shirt prize goes to 🥁

with an incredible 29 sessions over the term 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻 That’s an average of 3.6 sessions a week 🥳

We're heading to Wembley to deliver our incredibly successful ten day exercise and clean eating program! Enjoy local early morning workouts for ten days in a row. Research translation takes time to positively impact clinical practices and patient outcomes. As part of our healthy joint week here’s one for and . Naturally for the best treatment and advise it’s important to consider your comprehensive mental and physical health and movement needs.

Running is one of the most effective exercise medicine treatment tools in managing the of depression and anxiety. Stopping running can have a significant impact on mood/mindset, risk of depression relapse and increase in anxiety symptoms.

There are always other modalities and treatment approaches but this is great current to support and encourage appropriate exposure to running for suitable patients with based on whole person health care.
