Dr Julie Taranto has been working in the industry for over 25 years.

Dr Taranto was inspired to pursue Podiatry as a pathway to working as a foot and ankle surgeon. She was drawn to the complexity, challenges, and complete concentration it takes to achieve successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Julie likes to keep fit, relying on her morning runs to keep her energised and focused. She has also recently completed her 6th marathon!

Dr Taranto enjoys interacting with her patients, getting to know them, and the pleasure of helping them relieve pain or improve function.

Get to know the expert behind the surgical mask!

Mr Michael Taranto has been working in the industry for 25 years.

He was inspired to pursue Podiatry at a young age by a very well-known and respected Podiatrist, Evelyn Green, who treated members of his family. Mr Taranto was inspired by her passion and enthusiasm for the Podiatry profession and what it can bring to the community.

Outside of work, Michael likes spending time with his family, cooking, and swimming – he recently completed his third solo Rottnest Channel Swim!

Mr Taranto specialises in Podiatric Surgery and has a special interest in the surgical correction of chronic heel pain, ingrown toenails, and bunions.
