You might not be lazy.
Or unmotivated.

You might simply be overstimulated.

Too much information.
Too many inputs.
Too little pause.

In Ayurvedic language, this increases Vata — fast, light, scattered energy.

The antidote isn’t pushing harder.

It’s creating small islands of calm.

✨ One quiet meal.
✨ One slow walk.
✨ One moment without noise.

The nervous system responds surprisingly quickly.

👉 What helps your system settle?

Many people are trying to optimise their bodies right now.

Fix digestion.
Fix hormones.
Fix energy.

But the body is not a machine that needs constant upgrading.

It’s a living system that responds to:

✨ rhythm
✨ nourishment
✨ rest
✨ attention

Sometimes the most powerful shift isn’t doing more.

It’s doing less — but consistently.

👉 What’s one thing you’ve simplified recently?

Ever noticed how differently people react when plans suddenly change?

From an Ayurvedic perspective, this often reflects our Dosha tendencies.

🌬 Vata tends to move quickly and think quickly… but sudden change can also feel a little overwhelming.

🔥 Pitta loves a clear plan and direction… so when things shift, frustration can appear fast.

🪨 Kapha appreciates steadiness and familiarity… so change can feel like unnecessary effort.

None of this is good or bad.

It’s simply the beautiful diversity of how we move through the world.

✨ Sometimes just recognising our pattern brings a little more compassion — for ourselves and for others.

👉 Which one sounds most like you — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha?

Ever noticed how we often crave exactly what pushes us further out of balance?

🌬 Vata
Drawn to:
crispy snacks, crackers, popcorn, dry foods.
(Quick, light, crunchy… but often more drying.)

🔥 Pitta
Drawn to:
spicy food, coffee, alcohol.
(Intense flavours for an intense constitution.)

🪨 Kapha
Drawn to:
sweets, creamy desserts, heavy comfort foods.

This isn’t about restriction.

It’s about awareness.

✨ Sometimes balance begins by noticing the pattern.

👉 Which one has your name written all over it?

There’s a quiet misconception in the wellness world that once we “figure it out,” balance stays.

But life moves.
Seasons change.
Stress appears.
Bodies evolve.

In Ayurveda, balance is not a permanent destination.

It’s a relationship.

✨ The magic is not perfection.
It’s learning how to return.

Again.
And again.

With a little more wisdom each time.

👉 What helps you come back to balance?

There is so much noise right now.

New protocols.
New supplements.
New “non-negotiables.”

It’s easy to feel like you’re behind if you’re not doing all of it.

But here’s the truth:

Your nervous system doesn’t care what’s trending.

It cares about safety.
Predictability.
Support.

Ayurveda isn’t about copying what works for someone else.

It’s about asking:
Does this stabilise me?

✨ Regulated beats impressive.
Every time.

👉 Have you felt trend pressure lately?

Our Story

I’m a Nutrition & Health Coach and Personal Trainer. It’s my passion to guide and empower busy women to redesign their lives.

My eating philosophy:

  • I don’t believe in counting calories, deprivation or restriction in any kind, instead I believe in self-care, kindness, inspiration and nourishing your body with delicious wholefoods. I know that restricting foods, certain food groups or calories is not sustainable and once we start putting certain foods, food groups or calories back in the diet which we eventually will have to, we will unfortunately put on more weight than before (yo-yo effect) or even worse start a mental and physical on and off dieting cycle, which is neither fun nor healthy 📷

  • I believe that no one diet fits it all but that we are all different and that it is a matter of finding out which foods your body really thrives on.
