Does travel throw your food choices out the window? (You tell yourself "f*ck it, I'll worry about the damage when I get home.")
Or
Do you have an understanding of what your body needs and you mindfully maintain that no matter where you go?

As you look through my food choices, please note the following things...
1. Even though I am a naturopath, I am also human...this food isn't organic, pasture raised, preservative free, etcetera, etcetera. ..I choose not to stress about unattainable standards.
2. I consistently prioritise protein.
3. Breakfast is non-negotiable...and in situations where i am on the go, I choose to enlist the help of my favourite protein shake by .health
4. I treated myself but I did it mindfully and without guilt.
5. Even in situations where I had no choice, I still made a choice. I didnt let a situation derail me or send me spiralling into further 'poor' choices.
6. What I eat...is not necessarily what you should eat. You need to know your own body and health situation to truly understand what foods are best for you (and your health goals).
