Managing your weight loss goals over Christmas can feel challenging.

Christmas isn't the problem.

Its they way you come down hard on yourself for indulging. Feeling like a failure. Telling yourself you have messed up to the point of no return just because you ate one of Aunty Karen's famous mince pies. You spiral and then promise yourself you will start again on Monday (or in the New Year).
REMEMBER: One 'perfect' day is NOT going to move the needle in a meaningful way.
The same way one 'imperfect' day WON'T ruin everything.
Your body responds to consistent choices made over time. What you choose to do more often than not will be what makes the difference. December doesn't need to be a time when you forget your intentions and throw in the towel.
