He has left us. Sabar our Baby Boy just passed while in my arms at home. He passed at exactly 12am. Good bye to our dearest friend, greatest companion. You have been such a wonderful part of our lives which we will cherish for the rest of ours. You fought so valiantly, with a courage and determination I have never seen before, right to the very end. You never complained, or left our side, you were so brave. You are now with Nanny Julie, Smith, Moran, Poppy Smith and Moran, with Uncle Chris and the rest of our loving Family. You are no longer in any pain and we will see you one day when our days come to an end. Thank you for everything, we could never have hoped for such a beautiful, loving, wonderful natured friend to have as a huge part of our family. You have given a lot of people awesome memories which they will never forget and look back on forever. Thank you again, and enjoy your new home wherever you choose it to be. Love you always and forever Our Baby Boy, you will live on and never die. Love Mummy and Daddy ###🕛😭💔💕🐶🐕💐🍗⚽️💜💙💚💛❤️

Day 4 sees us starting the day out with a bang. Got a pic with Garth Tander & James Courtney and both of us got our HRT shirts signed by both. Let's hope that the rest of the day is as good. ❤️

Also Bought a 4XL (Size) Holden Raceing Team Pit Shirt Last year (Was the 1st time ever being able to buy one, as they never fit me before) tht was too big for me so this year I was suprised to find that I was able to fit into a 3XL, so I bought another one. Yay getting smaller, maybe next year I will be able to get a 2XL, just have to wait and see. :D

1922 The scientists went to a hospital ward with diabetic children, most of them comatose and dying from diabetic keto-acidosis. This is known as one of medicine's most incredible moments. Imagine a room full of parents sitting at the bedside waiting for the inevitable death of their child. The scientists went from bed-to-bed and injected the children with the new purified extract - insulin. As they began to inject the last comatose child, the first child injected began to awaken. Everyone's body looks different because we all distribute muscle and fat differently. That's why some of us are built to be long distance runners while others may excel at gymnastics. What a Fantastic Idea for those who are having trouble giving up Soft Drink/Soda. Glue the lid shut for extra security from being tempted to open before filled. Works for any sized coin roughly the same size as an Australian $2 Coin). Please share with us in to Comments what coins work for your Region of the world. :D

You would be supplied how may Calories/Kilojoules are in Soft Drink/Soda, even diet (even though they tell you there isn’t), and how much it will save in in the Hips/Pockets lol.

Went to our Friends Birthday BBQ on the weekend and decided to surprise them by showing up on the Motorbike. Only the second time I have been for a Ride and it was the longest.

When we arrived they had no idea it was me on the back with Drew, because normally when Drew goes to visit them on the bike he is by himself, so they thought I was not going, only to see it was me when I took off my helmet. They were stunned that I could ride pillion being in a wheelchair.

We stayed the night after a few drinks, and rode home on Sunday. It was amazing, I loved every moment of it and can’t wait to go again.

LIFE LESSONS #3:

A water bearer in China had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots had a crack in it, while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments, perfect for which it was made. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do.

After 2 years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself, and because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house." The bearer said to the pot, "Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side? That's because I have always known about your flaw, and I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you've watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house”.

THE MORAL TO THIS STORY: Each of us has our own unique flaws. We're all cracked pots. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take yourself who you are, and look for the good in yourself.

Here it is, "The Healthy Eating Recipe Book". Packed full of Flavour & Great Healthy Recipes to suit everyone.

Most recipes will include Nutritional Information, Serves, and more.

I will add New Recipes regularly, and if there is something you would like to keep, remember to share it to your Timeline so you have it on hand.

If there is a recipe you would like me to include, please message the page and put in a request (Please list any allergies you have, as this will help to find something suitable), I will do my best to find something and include it in the book.

Amazing idea. Hopefully more countries follow their lead! Why is it most countries can’t be bothered to look after their people, regardless if they are low income earners or not.

We have become such a wasteful society, and need to make the laws change regarding basic human rights, as Authorities have become so greedy and don’t care what happens to us or our environment.

Help change things share this and get more people to get involved in changing their minds to help everyone instead of taking away from us.
