Happy Valentine’s Day, beautiful souls ❤️

Today wasn’t just about roses and romance… it was about self-love, healing, and coming home to your own heart.

I had the absolute blessing of teaching Reiki Level 1 today, in a space filled with warmth, intention, and the most beautiful self-loving energy. ✨

There is something so powerful about guiding someone as they are introduced to Reiki energy for the very first time — watching that spark of connection, that softening, that remembering of who they truly are.

On a day that celebrates love, we chose to begin from within. 💗

Self-love. Self-healing. Self-empowerment.
I feel so grateful and honoured to hold space and to witness this sacred journey unfold.
May today remind you that the greatest love story you will ever experience… is the one you have with yourself.
