New first aid recommendations have just been released for button battery ingestion. Every person with small children in their life should know this trick that can stop life-threatening injury while you wait for an ambulance.

My best mate Tim Buxton just finished running 150km in 7 days... on LESS THAN 150 MINUTES OF SLEEP A DAY!! 😲😲
Just over 14 hrs of sleep in 7 days, while running almost 4 marathons in distance. I didn't know that was possible.

Next week, Team First Aid will “Move to Belong” in support of ’s life-changing mission helping refugees fleeing conflict, instability and oppression make a new start in our great country.

Now—I’m a weights guy 🏋 (obviously 🤣 ).

Cardio, not so much. 😰

But I’ll be aiming to run and/or ride 70k in the week, but... if I had some team mates we could go a lot further and raise more (let me know if keen!)

We’ve kicked off the kitty with $100.
