💪 MONDAY REMINDER 💪
Even though I’m super focused and dedicated — I don’t rely on motivation to stay that way.
Saturday night, I was on the lounge thinking…
“Maybe I’ll take another week off training.” 😅
But I caught myself — because I know that pattern.
One week can easily turn into four if I let it.
So instead, I got up.
I decided that my “week off” would stay just that — one week.
I did a light session. Nothing big — just enough to break the inertia and keep the momentum alive.
