ok life I’m ready for my comeback era ✨✨ (thx instagram for choosing this song for me!)

friends it has been a long road of heartache, stress, struggle and all the things - I know you know as everyone seems to be going through it…fueled by shiny wings I’m really committed to showing up for myself again to live my purpose, my dreams & my best life ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ let’s light each other up!

I’ve missed being here and eager to get creating again ✨ please enjoy all of these glorious outfits that I somehow just happened to have in my possession to dress everyone up in for our doTERRA conference ‘shine’ party last week 😆

(If only you could have seen my sons face when I was cutting the crotch out of pleather pants to make Adam’s chaps)

Guess which one of these looks took away the best dressed award for the night? ✨✨

If it takes a shiny cape & flower crown to make you feel more like your true self then I highly recommend putting that (or whatever it is) on to spark that hope & remember your power 💋 💋

It takes courage to open up & let yourself be seen…to go to new things, to connect, to find your people. I always have anxiety going to big events, to put myself into the unknown.

But it’s worth it ~ every time 🌹

Sistahood Rising Festival was a reminder of what happens when women gather…real connection, shared laughter, and deep belonging ❤️❤️❤️ so grateful for my 3rd year here and how much I have healed and grown in this time 🌹🌹🌹

I’m heading to today for a weekend of women’s empowerment and magic!

My workshop ✨mystic mists✨ is a deep dive into the essential oils that offer energetic protection & cleansing ~ I thought I’d quickly share a blend recipe to align with Halloween, Samhain, Día de los Mu***os ~ traditions that honour the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

A time to clear, protect, and invite in the new. ✨

Energetic Protection blend:
In a 5 ml roller
5 drops each of

Lemongrass - clears stagnant or heavy energy

Tea Tree - creates energetic boundaries, repels negativity

Frankincense - strengthens your spiritual shield

Clove - fortifies personal power, protects against energetic & emotional drains

Myrrh - grounds and protects the sacred, wraps you in ancient maternal safety

I met some new friends on the weekend and was explaining where ✨Magpie Wild✨ came from ~ it’s an ode to my grandma 💕  I grew up in Australia + she was in England but we were close, she sent letters regularly, came to stay with us for months at a time + we got to go there a few times during my younger years. She lived such a creative and loving life + was such an inspiration to me, making a career as an artist. She painted two magpies (two for joy) into each of her pieces which was so much fun to look for.
 She never had much money, but she always made everything around her beautiful… her home, her garden, her clothes, her world. Colourful, resourceful, full of heart 💕

My youngest cousin Libby and I have a special bond through her and through our shared creativity. Not long after Grandma passed, Libby got her two magpies tattoo. I finally got mine in honor of her 100th birthday - drawn by my daughter Ivy which was so special ✨

Though she’s gone from this realm, her spirit and beauty live on through the creative women in our family and I’m so grateful for all she shared with us 💛

I’m honored to be sharing a workshop festival for the 3rd year in a row ✨ This gathering always feels like a soul homecoming ~ delicious mix of creativity, sisterhood + playfulness. 🌙✨ 
Being over Halloween weekend this year the theme is Día de los Mu***os 💀🌹 … and I’ll be offering my workshop ✨Mystic Mists✨ 
✨✨Step into the sacred veil between worlds and craft your own protective mist with ancient essential oils. Together we’ll explore plants for energetic shielding, ancestral connection + ritual practice, awakening the magic + tuning into the unseen realms ✨✨
