Self-care is SO much more than bubble baths and face masks!
It totally can be this, but in its truest form it is simply tuning in to your body and ACTUALLY listening to what it's telling you... then, acting on it.

What is your body trying to tell you right now? Is it more sleep, rest, a break, movement, soul food, connection with someone...?

In our busy world, I believe this is possibly the singularly most important skill for us to master for a better planet 🙏

In our busy world today, it's more important than ever to be kind to ourselves and to ensure we are giving the same level of love and care to ourselves as we give others. I definitely learnt the hard way, that to REALLY give to others and be of service, you NEED to give to yourself first 🙏

It definitely takes work, something I am still very much working on today! But it is SO very necessary!
