It's Day 1 again........
Yes, for far too many months I've just done the basics, I've only just gotten by with my meal prep and my consumption of food.
The result is no longer being the very best version of myself and the worst part is I actually know what the best version feels like!!!
I'm beginning Boost Camp 4, day 1, today.
It looks like a greater variety of vegetables and meals which result in a healthy gut. This is what's most important, a gut that's filled with GOOD bacteria and microbiome that end up sustaining my body the very best way it can.
I'll see inflammation dissipate in days and my energy levels increase.
Our mindset is a good thing, but it can also be a pessimistic procrastinator at the worst of times.
To see change you have to be willing to change.
And, pick yourself up even if you've fallen 100 times.............
I'm picking myself back up again and I look forward to sharing the journey with you all.
P.S This is a Lebanese Eggplant which is going into my break-fast casserole.
