There’s an unspoken rule in aesthetic medicine that says follow the trends. I’ve spent 9+ years breaking it.

At , science drives every decision ; not social media. Not marketing claims. Not what’s trending on Instagram.

But honestly? The part that fills me up most isn’t the research or the awards. It’s the moments when confidence grows and ripples into every single area of someone’s life.

That’s not vanity. That’s medicine done right.

Every year it’s become something of a tradition to photograph the dress I’ll be wearing to .

I think it started as a practical thing. Small regional town, one host. Nobody wants to show up in the same dress 🤣.

But somewhere along the way it became one of my favourite moments of the whole event.

I’ve just wrapped the 2026 shoot with the incredibly talented , and , and I cannot wait to show you what we created.

But first, a reminder that has always been about so much more than the dresses. It’s about raising funds where our community needs it most. The fashion is just proof that we can hold space for something meaningful and still celebrate with a little joy along the way.

This is last year’s 2025 dress. The 2026 reveal is coming, and truly outdid himself.

Every year, there’s a moment that gets me. 🤍

It’s not the decorations, or the speeches, or even the final fundraising total …..
although that one comes close.

It’s the moment the room fills up.

When I look out and see faces I recognise
patients, friends, local business owners, community members -
all dressed up and ready to give.

That moment reminds me exactly why we started ToxTails. And it’s why we keep going.

Port Macquarie, you fill the room every single time. And because of that, we’ve raised over $190,000 for

Also known as; the famous yearly artwork donated by Lois Sallustio for this year’s live auction at 🎨

This stunning piece is titled Sisterhood and Loi describes it beautifully herself:

“This artwork reflects sisterhood, signifying strong bonds, solidarity and kinship between Sistas. Women connecting, embracing self-discovery - this brings confidence, wisdom and identity.”

Loi is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Wellington, Central West NSW, Binjang Country, with traditional bloodlines connecting to the Warramunga people.

She has generously donated this piece to raise money for and its beautiful oak frame has been donated by
