A weekly space for mums in our community to feel supported, seen, and connected.

Starting May 4 (in two week’s time), we’re opening the doors to something simple but powerful:

☕ Your coffee is covered
🧸 Your child’s entry is covered
💛 You just need to show up

No bookings. No cost. No pressure.

Because right now, so many mums are carrying more than they should be - isolation, mental load, financial stress, and doing it without enough support around them.

This is our way of saying: you don’t have to do it alone.

Welcome to the Port Macquarie Children’s Physio team, Anna 🧡 Anna joined us a month ago and we are so excited to have her on our Physio team, along side Natalie, Nina and Laura. Anna grew up in beautiful Tasmania but has called Port Macquarie home for the past four years.

I have great news for everyone! The Mobi-mat beach accessibility matting has arrived and there will be a public launch by Mayor Adam Roberts.

This project is one that our Bec started years back, and with the assistance of the local council and the Enable Group it will finally get implemented!

⭐️Foundations For Little Ones ⭐️ We are so excited to share with you our play-based baby group for infants aged 6-12 months. The group is led by experienced paediatric speech pathologist, occupational therapist and physiotherapist. The play-based group supports 6-12 month foundations including movement development, communication, feeding and sensory development through guided play, education and weekly themes.
