Ali Flynn from her Challenges That Change Us podcast messaged me yesterday — turns out our first episode went... ok.

It averaged 248% more listens than her usual. Who'd have thought! I suspect it's cheers to my dear mum for punishing the refresh button like a maniac.

When a conversation subtly shifts into a therapy session with a microphone, magic can happen.

Most of you basically heard me close the chapter on some very ordinary stuff, and the moment we wrapped the second episode I felt a weight lift that hasn’t returned.

I dropped in to see Michelle at the Reader's Companion, to say hi and thanks.
