Not the prettiest stone out there in the Crystal world but wow it has some unique and powerful energy to work with. I am currently working with this stone by placing it under my pillow each night and wow! The vivid and meaningful dreams and energetic releasing that has been occurring is incredible. Now is a great time for a detox, clutter clearing, cleansing and space clearing. Cleanse and purify your body and your physical space.

Release outdated energy to invite fresh, clear energy into your life. Eat lightly. Don't take things personally. Release resentment, guilt, and blame. Purify yourself... thought, word and deed. De-cluttering is modern day alchemy. If you dont love it or use it, let it go.

I have had a lot of people asking about this book. It is one of my absolute favourites for understanding what's lying underneath certain physical ailments or repeating patterns of emotions and injuries or illnesses and ways to help clear and release it.

I have taken a photo of an example in the book that seems to come up quite often for many people. Have a read if this resonnates with you, go through the clearing and let me know how you go.

Sometimes it's good to do some journalling along with these processes. You may need to repeat them a few times if it's a deep issue or pattern, particularly if it has been there for a long time. Each time you do it, you should feel lighter and clearer.

School holidays has presented some challenges with only Mark and I at the shop, so we tag team.

Jasper and I went to the zoo today while Mark was on Shop duty. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed walking around and seeing all the animals. Along the way, as Jasper does...he finds a stick, well a branch, and proceeds to start removing some of the little twigs off, leaving just the fork. Once he finished, he showed me and his face lit up, he was so proud of what he created and said that it was just how he wanted. My first thought was a water Divining Rod haha so we had a lesson on water divining today and had fun going around the zoo 'water divining', once he made me one too 😄. I must say, it really worked, we found many ponds and little creeks, even a water fountain and a pond with a crocodile 🐊 🤣😉😉

Let's talk energy clearing...

What does it mean?

Well, have you every felt like your energy or the space around you such as your home, just feels heavy, thick or a bit yuck? Have you been around people that feel a bit negative or they are bringing you down? Has there been conflict in your home or illness within your family?

These are just a few examples of situations that can benefit from energetically clearing you, your family and your space. By clearing the negativity and allowing some positive energy to flow through again can dramatically shift your mood, raise your energy vibration and bring a sense of calm and balance within and around you.

There are many ways this can be done depending on what resonnates with you.

White sage is one of the most common ways to cleanse and clear your space, by setting an intention, light it to smoulder, walking through your space or waving it around your body and allow the smoke to cleanse and clear that energy. Using Palo santo afterwards in the same manner helps to foster a sense of balance and grounding your energy while raising your vibration.

Sound and frequency is another great way, by using tingsha bells or sound bowls.

Using crystals such as selenite and clear quartz.

Essential oils such as white sage, palo and frankincense either on your body or in a diffuser.

You can use one or a combination of whatever resonates with you, along with your intention to clear your space.
