The 3 Breathing Techniques You’ll want to Know (and use)
Tomorrow in Mindful Munch we’ll explore three simple but powerful breath practices — each one supporting a different state of being:
Relaxing – Box Breathing
A steady rhythm with breath pauses to calm the system, soften tension and clear the mind.
Balancing – Alternate Nostril Breathing
A gentle way to return towards emotional and mental equilibrium.
Energising – Bellows Breath
A short, activating breath to boost energy and vitality.
In just 30 minutes, you’ll learn and practice these techniques so you can use them anytime you need to relax, balance, or energise yourself.
All are warmly welcome.
I’ll share the Zoom link in this WhatApp group tomorrow around 12pm:
Just a little reminder — the early bird price for the Group Breathwork Facilitation Training is ending soon.
If you’ve been thinking about joining, now’s the time to jump in and save 500$
This training is very close to my heart — it’s the essence of what I’ve been practising over the last 12 years. We’ll dive deep into the art of holding space through breath and presence… Learning not only how to guide others but also how to expand your own awareness and nervous system capacity (and so much more really).
It’s a rich and supportive journey — experiential, embodied, and soulful.
We’ll explore:
Facilitating groups through Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)
Facilitating Sharing circles
Trauma-informed based facilitation
Working with music, rhythm and energy in sessions
Group dynamics, safety and emotional integration
And of course — plenty of personal breath journeys and reflection.
If you feel called to bring breathwork more fully into your work, community, or clinical settings or just to deepen your practice and experiences— we'd love to hear from you.
Early bird ends soon — here’s the link for details and registration:

A practice of reconnection through gentle movement, breath, and presence. in the yurt and via zoom
04/11/2025
We have been facilitating Breathwork sessions in a mental health ward in the North West Coast Tasmania — and it’s been incredible to witness the depth, connection and recovery it brings.
If you would love to see Breathwork integrated more into clinical and therapeutic spaces, please share this post with any Breathwork practitioners, therapists, or mental health professionals you know.
(and if you also saw the positive effects Breathwork has in clinical settings, please let us know in the "reaction"/ comments)
We’ll explore:
The dot – sharp, direct, concentrated focus (masculine energy)
The circle – soft, holding, expansive presence (feminine energy)
Together, we’ll see how these two forces can balance each other and strengthen our attention, followed by a gentle guided practice.
Take this moment to pause, breathe, and realign in the middle of your day.
Looking forward to sharing this space with you 🌿
I will send a link here before the session.
Free practice and all are welcome.

Gilad

Just as we care for our teeth each morning, we can care for our mind’s hygiene — “brushing” our thoughts through gentle focus.
By practicing returning our attention, again and again, we strengthen our ability to think, feel, and act with clarity.
The movement of attention — coming and going, like a toothbrush moving back and forth — becomes a simple, powerful practice of intention and attention.
🕰 Today | 12:30–13:00
A gentle, guided space to find peace within our experience while focusing on the breath — the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious.
Come as you are. Leave with a cleaner, clearer mind.
