Do you want a role where your work genuinely matters? Rise Disability Support Services is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable people who are ready to support others to live meaningful, independent lives.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting participants in their homes and out in the community
• Assisting individuals to work towards their NDIS goals and build everyday skills
• Encouraging confidence, choice, and independence
• Working closely with families and a supportive team to deliver high quality care
What we’re looking for:
• Certificate IV in Disability (completed or in progress)
• Experience, or strong understanding of disability and/or mental health
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Availability for a mix of shifts including some evenings and weekends
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
