With 13+ years’ experience across child protection, aged care, and the NDIS, Bianca brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people live with greater 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹.

Searching for the right housemate – Cockshell House, Davoren Park

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 is currently seeking a compatible housemate to join a 𝟭:𝟯 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 (SIL) home in a brand-new property located in 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸.

This home has been thoughtfully set up to support a calm, respectful, and well-matched household where everyone can feel 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱.

About the current housemates:

💜 Participant 1
A 52-year-old man who lives with Down syndrome and an intellectual disability. He enjoys a structured, supportive environment and benefits from consistent routines and positive, engaging support.

🩵 Participant 2
A 54-year-old man with full cognitive capacity who has a traumatic brain injury impacting mobility, vision, and balance. He is supported with diabetes management and wound care, and values independence while having the right supports in place.

The home offers:
✔️ 1:3 shared support model
✔️ Support available day and night
✔️ Experienced, consistent staff
✔️ Peaceful location with large outdoor spaces
✔️ Close to Elizabeth City Centre and local amenities

🩷We are seeking a housemate who would be a good social and support match, with a focus on creating a positive, respectful, and stable shared living environment for all residents.
