Xtra Care Support is currently seeking a Casual On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced RN who is confident working independently and delivering high-quality care to participants with complex needs.

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
• ABN
• Current Business Insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification

💉 Experience & Skills Required:

• Medication management
• Wound care
• Continence management
• Tracheostomy care
• Ability to provide and oversee complex clinical supports
• Experience supporting the assessment and development of Behaviour Support Plans
• Confidence in training and mentoring support workers to manage complex participant needs
• Experience in Specialist Support Coordination.
