With over 18 years of experience in customer service, management, and the disability sector, Hope brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role. Her journey from Service Manager to Support Coordinator has shaped her deep understanding of NDIS processes, complex mental health conditions, and neurological disorders.

Hope is known for her genuine connections, trauma-informed care, and passion for helping participants live the life they choose. She believes in the power of compassion, advocacy, and creativity. Even exploring alternative therapies like music and animal-assisted therapy to make a real difference.

Her name says it all — she’s here to bring hope to every NDIS journey. 🌿
