Due to the winter weather settling in we have changed our time table (effective as of the 18th of June) ❄️WINTER TIMETABLE ❄️
MONDAY: Yoga 9:45am to 10:45am • TUESDAY: Kids yoga 3:30pm to 4:15pm • TUESDAY: Yoga + relaxation 6:15pm to 7:15pm

✨New yoga class on 9:45am-10:45am Mondays✨

We're excited to be adding this gentle style yoga class suitable for all abilities including beginners to Mondays, in the fresh Holistic Health studio starting on the 14th of May.

This first class will be free
(14th of May only, all classes after this will be $10 cash only at the door), so please feel welcome to come along and give it a go! Can't wait to see all your beautiful faces there soon 😊

Just an update for everyone
✨Our times have now changed starting this week (the 5th) All classes will now be on a TUESDAY✨

Fitness yoga: 11:00am-12:00pm
Children's yoga: 3:30pm-4:15pm
Yoga: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Relaxation: 7:15pm-8:00pm

We hope that these times will suit more people and are better for most of you 🙏🏼

✨CORPORATE AND GROUP CLASSES✨ Pure asana is now offering corporate and group classes! Get in contact if you would like either a private group class or for us to come to you or your space. Great for sporting clubs, school events and group exercises. We are also offering children's group classes along with parent and child group classes.
Ask us about providing mats, blocks and straps for your group class.
