In this episode, I reflect on the growing online narrative that idealises the “perfect man” — the one who must always be strong, grounded, emotionally stable, and endlessly patient while women are free to express, rage, and unravel. I explore how this expectation, though often disguised as empowerment, actually places immense pressure on men and leaves little room for their humanity.

I speak about how this imbalance can push men into fear, emotional shutdown, or avoidance of intimacy — because when mistakes aren’t safe, vulnerability becomes impossible. True healing, however, only happens through vulnerability.

This conversation invites compassion for both sides. It’s not about men versus women, but about returning to love, self-responsibility, and understanding. Healing begins when we stop demanding perfection from each other and start tending to our own wounds. When we learn to hold ourselves with gentleness, we stop projecting pain outward, and only then can we meet one another in real safety, growth, and love.

S2E6 Beyond Blame: Seeing Through the Mirror of Relationship

This episode explores the raw and sacred work of relationships as mirrors for our deepest wounds. I share a personal experience that revealed how the people who trigger us the most are often the ones our souls chose to help us awaken.

Instead of labelling others as avoidant or unavailable, I reflect on how they might simply be reflecting the parts of ourselves we’ve been avoiding. The pain that arises in love is not a sign of something wrong — it’s an invitation to return to the heart.

We talk about dropping the need to fix or blame, softening the edges of judgment, and allowing love — real love — to hold space for both our own healing and the healing of those we’re connected to. 💫

In this episode, I talk about what happens after we understand our triggers and inner wounds.
We often look outside ourselves, chasing, avoiding, or distracting, to escape discomfort. But real healing begins when we stop running and turn inward.
When we sit with what arises, we stop abandoning ourselves. We learn to give ourselves the love, safety, and presence we’ve been seeking from others. From that place, relationships become peaceful instead of painful.

✨So much of life is an invitation to practise love.
🤍To stay open when it would be easier to close.
🌿To respond with presence instead of reacting from pain.
🌻To meet every moment, every person, as a mirror.

This is where real healing happens.
Not in isolation, but in connection.
Not in perfection, but in practice.

Listen to Episode 4, Practising Relationship, and join me in remembering that every encounter is sacred and every mistake is part of love learning to know itself.
