How’d that short singing bowl moment make you feel?

So grateful for the women who continue to support me as I try new things & rebuild my holistic therapy business in a new country town. Also great to connect with new faces.

Coming together with intention in community can be so great for your mental health & in assisting you to have the energy to accomplish personal goals.

And that’s a wrap on another year of enjoying our mulberry tree 🥰 We got a little more creative this year… here’s how we used the mulberries:

- Jam! OFC🤤
- Shared them with friends & neighbours💫
- Pancakes! (Many times!) 🥞 with homegrown strawberries too when we had them
- Cake 🍰 Delish!
- Syrup concentrate to create drinks with! We haven’t experimented much with this yet! 🍹
- Left over berries from the syrup with ice cream 🍦

+ We have our freezer stocked! How good are fruit trees… the gift that keeps on giving!

This year we also had this cute little bird make a nest which we only saw while picking once! He didn’t eat many! We didn’t mind him making a home there at all🦜

✨ New meditation spot! ✨
From Monday 9th of Feb, our meditation sessions will be held at Millicent Yoga Studio — right next to the Grand and opposite the post office. 🕊
Join us for a peaceful pause, only $15 (cash or card). 7pm start for roughly 45 mins to an hour. Self care tools & singing bowls included in the experience. No booking required. Bring a yoga mat & drink bottle 🤍

2026 feels like a fresh start 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Our hope for this year is that the hard work of the past two years truly begins to pay off — the tedious tasks and renovations wrapping up so we can move into the fun part: the events, the community offerings, and growing more of our own produce 🌊🌞🐓🍓

We’ve still made space for play along the way, even with long to-do lists and the quiet guilt that can creep in… but this year we’re ready to fully return to the carefree souls we are 💃✨

Hatherleigh Market this Sunday ✨
Come and grab fresh, organic potatoes—perfect for your Christmas dishes 💫🎄🍃🥔🧺
We’ll have 3 beautiful varieties, and we’re especially in love with the pink & white ones—they’re so pretty. Harvesting these was such a fun experience, pulling them straight from the ground and discovering some absolute whoppers alongside the funniest shapes and sizes that had us laughing.
If you can’t make it to the market, DM us to arrange a pickup.
