Your Community Health (previously known as Darebin Community Health) is a health and wellbeing service provider. We offer free and affordable services to anyone in northern Melbourne. We provide services at our three health centres:

East Reservoir Health Centre, 125 Blake Street, East Reservoir, VIC 3073

Northcote Health Centre, 42 Separation Street, Northcote, VIC 3070

PANCH (Preston) Health C

We also provide some services are available in your home or in other community settings, such as Reservoir Leisure Centre. Our services include:

This free community program runs from Monday, 27 April to Sunday, 7 June 2026, and features a wide variety of activities and sessions to get people of all ages and abilities active. Introducing our Women’s Health Nursing Clinic at Your Community Health! 💚

This new service offers confidential health screening, education, and information for women over 18 in a safe and respectful space. All women over 18 are welcome and anyone who has a cervix.

We can help with:
✔ Cervical screening (Pap tests)
✔ Breast screening (mammogram) support
✔ Bowel and lung cancer screening info
✔ Women’s health checks and healthy lifestyle advice
📍 Where: balit wurun health clinic, 300 Bell Street, Preston
🕤 When: Tuesday mornings, 9 am–12 noon
💲 Cost: Free or low-cost, based on income

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Francisco Lopez from ACON, who presented us with our Pride in Health + Wellbeing awards. We are proud to win Service Provider of the Year, the Executive Leadership Award and achieve Gold Service Provider status. These awards mean so much to us and we grateful for this recognition of excellence in LGBTIQA+ inclusion.
