What is Low Light Laser Therapy and how can it help you ?

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
Referred to as “low level” because of its use of light at energy densities that are low.

Unlike other medical laser procedures, LLLT is not an ablative or thermal mechanism, but rather a photochemical one comparable to photosynthesis in plants whereby the light is absorbed and exerts a chemical change.

Within LLLT, the light source and dosage is particularly important as there is
an optimal dose of light for any particular application.

We are really excited to share with you in 2026 we will be welcoming Jess Fielder Herbalist into our clinic !

Jess Fiedler is a Traditional Western Herbalist who takes a simple, grounded approach to health — focusing on treating the person, not the disease.

Her work blends the wisdom of traditional herbal medicine with modern understanding to get to the root cause of imbalance, supporting the body to restore harmony naturally. Jess creates personalised herbal formulas and treatment plans using herbs, diet, and lifestyle shifts that are easy to integrate into daily life.

She commonly supports clients with gut health, hormones, stress, sleep, mood, and energy, helping them feel balanced, nourished, and connected again.
