Today I ran a mindfulness workshop for a lovely group of Mum's from the HIPPY program. We started with a relaxing meditation followed by some fun creative art making where participants used their non-dominant hand to squiggle on their paper before searching for an image in their pictures. We even had an extra little person participating in the fun 💓🎨
