If you have knee pain, this quote will really resonate with you.

What is a normal knee? In my opinion your body should be working to make your life easier. Because the knee is such an integral part of your body's movement when you have knee pain your whole life can be impacted, and the simplest of tasks can become difficult.

If you are experiencing knee pain, do something about it. See a practitioner, because your life is meant to be lived.

For this client I chose specific areas and applied an electric current to help fast track the results.

Dry needling is awesome as it allows me to work on someones neck, back or opposite leg. This means we can achieve more for our clients.

It was only a small one but this is essentially my go to party trick after a few whiskeys... just joking.

This should never be done whilst under the influence of drugs and alcohol and should only be done by a highly trained and experience practitioner.

Even though it feels great and does help to reduce pain, it should only be used in conjunction with a solid rehab exercise program.

This exercise works on the opposing muscles to our last video but it’s still important when it comes to ankle rehab as you want to work on all the muscles that support that particular joint.

If you’ve sprained your ankle then you want to keep it moving as much as possible and keep the muscles working. This is a video I sent to a client to help them start their rehab even when they were in a lot of pain.

When was the last time you had a massage?
It’s well known that massage has many great effects. At our clinic we use massage for many reasons.

The main reason is that it’s part of our assessment and diagnosis. It’s also a great way to relieve stress. If you’re Osteo, physio or chiro doesn’t do much massage come and see what you’re missing out on :)

I often introduce an electrical impulse onto the needle to fastrack the benefit.

They don’t work for everyone though so make sure you speak with your local Osteo to get their advice

Well if you have knee pain you better pay attention.

The calf muscle is one of three critical muscles that support the knee.

It sits in between the knee and the ankle and helps to support the back of the knee. It’s such a simple exercise and its so effective to improving your knee health
